Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it

Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are for the product amount only; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
